Your feet did the work. Give them two minutes.

A 60 mm ball of firm natural cork, made for the bottom of your foot.

Firm cork doesn't squash flat like a tennis ball, so your body weight goes straight into the tight spot under your arch. At 60 mm it sits neatly under the foot: small enough to work heel, arch and forefoot one at a time, big enough to roll without chasing it.

It's the other half of a good pair of shoes. Your Folks carry you all day; the Knot is what you reach for once they come off. Stand on it at the kitchen bench, roll it under the desk, or throw it in the pack for after the last climb.

Feet first, but not feet only. It works the same way on calves, glutes and the spot between your shoulder blades. No batteries, no spikes, nothing to charge.

  • Bought it on a whim and nearly left it in a drawer. Now it lives under my desk. Two minutes a foot after the morning walk and my arches stop complaining.

    Kate, Fremantle WA

  • I've got a foam roller holding a door open and a spiky plastic ball the dog took. Didn't expect much from a lump of cork. Twelve-hour shift, shoes off, roll. It's the one that stuck.

    Jo, Townsville QLD

  • Took it on the Overland Track. At 45 grams it was an easy call, and it was the first thing out of the pack every night. Feet first, then calves. Not hiking without it now.

    Priya, Hobart TAS

Simple on purpose.

One ball. Mostly for your feet.

Heel, arch, forefoot. In that order.

Built for the sole of your foot

Stand or sit, put the ball under one foot and roll slowly from heel to toes. Stop on a tight spot and lean in for 20 to 30 seconds. Around two minutes a foot is plenty. You control the pressure with your own weight.

Shoes for the day. Cork for after.

The other half of your shoes

Feet that walk all day, or that are getting used to a wider, flatter shoe, work harder than you think. Shoes carry you through the day; the Knot is for when they come off. Roll for two minutes and start tomorrow with looser feet.

Desk, ute, daypack.

Goes where your feet go

It's a 60 mm ball of cork that weighs 45 grams. No charger, no parts, no instructions worth printing. Keep one under the desk or in the glovebox, and when your feet are done, use it on calves, glutes and shoulders against a wall.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use it on my feet?

Put the ball on the floor, place one foot on it and roll slowly from heel to toes. Pause on tight spots for 20 to 30 seconds. Sit down for light pressure, stand for more. About two minutes a foot.

How firm is it?

Firm. Cork gives a little under load but holds its shape, so it's firmer than a tennis ball and kinder than a golf ball or hard plastic. Start seated if your feet are tender.

Why 60 mm?

It's a little smaller than a tennis ball. Small enough to work the arch and heel separately, big enough to roll comfortably and to use on calves and glutes.

How much does it weigh?

45 grams, about the same as a golf ball. It disappears in a daypack, a desk drawer or the glovebox.

Can I use it on other muscles?

Yes. It works on calves, glutes, hips and the upper back, on the floor or against a wall. It's made with feet in mind, but it doesn't mind.

How do I clean it?

Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Don't soak it. Natural cork darkens and smooths a little with use. That's normal.

Is it a medical device?

No. It's a simple self-massage tool for tired, tight feet. If you have an injury, ongoing pain or a medical condition, talk to your podiatrist or physio first.

What about shipping and returns?

Free shipping Australia-wide and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
